Eating spicy food is a common culture in India, especially in northern-south India. Indian people end up comprising spices in most of the dishes, and these foods are much relishing. We are habituated to eat spicy food from childhood. Did you know, spices prevent food from spoilage?

Eating spicy food makes one sweat a lot, and sweating is the fastest process of cooling down the body. Therefore, people residing in a hot climate (Tamilnadu, Chennai, etc.) consume spicy food a lot. Also, spicy recipes taste so finger-licking and lip-smacking that you must try.
