All temples of Lord Krishna, especially the ones in Mathura and Vrindavan, arrange special rituals on Phulera Dooj day.

Eventually, on this day, devotees offer a special “Bhog” to Lord Krishna includes ‘Pohas.’ The celebration marks the upcoming Holi festival; thus, devotees apply some colors or ‘Gulal’ on Lord Krishna idol as a sign of welcoming Holi.
