According to Ayurveda, Ojas is the vital essence of all body tissues. It is responsible for the overall health, well-being, immunity, intelligence, and thought-process of an individual. In Ayurveda, Ojas is called ‘Vyadhikshamatva’ or ‘Bala’– the body’s immunity. It prevents the diseases as well as helps to recover speedily from any illness.
