In this modern era, most of us, mainly youth, don’t believe in religion or spirituality as most of us are atheists. We naturally don’t have time or interest to read about mythology, the cosmos, or any Hindu sacred texts or holy books. We think they are all indicating religion etc.

Precise, I used to think the same about Bhagavad Gita. But hold on! I would suggest you just keep aside the religion section and concentrate on the philosophy that is explained in Gita.

“Bhagavad Gita” or “Shriram Bhagavad Gita” is one of the most important ancient Hindu scripture. Gita is about the dialogues exchanged between Lord Krishna and Arjun during the dharma yudhha  (religious war) ‘Kurukshetra’– the fight between Pandavas and Kauravas.

This book is loaded with 700 Sanskrit verses, is not just something related to religion. Besides the religious aspect, it is far more than philosophy and spirituality that can actually change the perspective of our lives.
